STEP 1: BROWSE THROUGH THE SITE AND DOWNLOAD A FEW CLIPS.

STEP 2: BRING IN ALL CLIPS INTO PREMIERE.

STEP 3: Go to Freeplaymusic.com and download songs that will match your remix.

What you will learn: How to speed up a clip, how to slow down a clip, how to edit video to music, how to reverse a clip. How to take footage meant for one thing and re-use it for another purpose.

Take an old car commercial and mix it into a music video, take a public service announcement for skipping school and turn it into a trailer for a zombie apocalypse film. Take an old 50s commercial and turn it into a comment on unsafe parenting. The footage is there, you just have to make it into something new. Recycle it!

Mash up is due on Monday, March 9th, 2015.

BONUS… HERE’S A VIDEO TUTORIAL OF ME DEMONSTRATING THE TECHNIQUES OF THE MASH UP VIDEO.
