  1. The 180 degree rule is not letting the camera pass the 180 degree rule. To avoid breaking it you must show you going past the 180 degree rule.

  2. The 180 degree rule is the rule that when you shoot two people having a conversation, once you establish direction, you need to keep the camera on one side of both of them.
it can be disorienting to break because it changes the characters line of sight, making it look like they’re not looking at each other. If you need to move over the line, you need to move the camera, and show it moving.

  3. The 180 degree rule states that the camera cannot cross the imaginary line that has been created by the two actors. It disorients the audience by making it seem as though the actors are both on the same side. You can avoid breaking this rule by practicing shooting from one side only. If you need to work around it, screen panning to the opposite side of the actor is an alternative way to legally break this rule.

  4. Keeping the camera on one side of 2 peoples conversation. This is disorienting to the audience because it confuses them to what they are looking at.You can avoid breaking this rule by scanning over to the other side of the “table” to still keep the idea that there talking to each other.

  5. the 180 degree rule is do not cross a mental set line other whys it will disorienting the audience because it will mess up your vision of the scene. one thing you can do to not mess it up is simply do not cross the line but if you want to then show the movement.

  6. The 180 Degree rule means that if you have two people for example and one is on the left and one on the right you have to keep that person or whatever it is on the left side and same with the right. It is disorienting to the audience when the people or objects change angles right away and seem like they are in different spots. To avoid breaking the rule you should stay on the same side that you started with and not cross the imaginary line in the middle. Another way to work around the rule is to cross the line by moving the camera in one shot instead of just cutting and going to another angle. This can show that the two peoples eye contact is looking at each other.

  7. 180 degree rule is a boundary line that you cannot pass unless you move the camera. its disorienting to the audience when the angel of The object or person changes spots while the other object is in the original spot or angel. you can avoid the breaking 180 rule by staying at the same side. and one the ways you can walk around a 180 angel is by moving the camera

  8. The 180 degree rule is the rule to stay within 180 degrees of where you decide to shoot so you don’t disorientate the viewer, it can be disorienting to the viewer because if you cross that line to them, both subjects look like they are looking the same way. You can avoid breaking the 180 degree rule by staying on the same side of that line, but you can get around it if you film the transition over the line so the viewer knows that you have crossed it.

  9. Is a rule Where the camera can not be passing unless they show the camera moving. They don’t want the scenes to be jumping. Keeping the x axis line and not crossing it. They can just show that the moved the position of the view so the audience doesn’t get confused.

  10. The 180 degree rule is an imaginary line that goes across the two people having a conversation. When you are recording with the 180 degree rule, you have to make sure to stay on one side of the line; unless you actually show the camera go across the line. If you don’t use the 180 degree rule, the conversation won’t look pleasing to the viewer’s eye and it will not look like they are making eye contact.

  11. The 180 degree rule is the concept of displaying a scene on one side from any angle and not crossing over an imaginary barrier. It’s distorting to the audience for that the perspective of the scene is not what a normal person would view the situation. One can avoid breaking the 180 degree rule by not crossing over to the other side of the scene to shoot from that perspective. Other ways of working with the 180 degree rule would include shooting from the ground, close to the ceiling, or simply apply multiple angles for the shot.

  13. the 180 degree rule is when you shoot a scene from one side for any of your angles. So the audience wouldnt be confused why two people are talking and they are both on the right side. The only way to not break 180 degree rule is to move the camera aross to the other side.

  14. The 180′ degree rule is when you shoot from a certain side and or view and stay on that side as to not confuse or disorient the audience. This could happen because of a sudden change that makes it seem as if the characters are oddly places or looking away due to the change of view to the other side. To make sure this doesn’t happen the camera can be moved to the other side while recording to show the audience the change of view.

The 180 degree rule is when you shoot from a chosen side and or view and stay on that side. If you don’t, than it will confuse and disorientate the audience. The reason why is because when your switching sides simultaneously you wont have a stand point of where the subject is. You can avoid breaking the rule by staying on one side of the scene. You can work around the 180 degree rule by shooting in different angles.
